Chef presents Lump Crab Cake with roasted sweet corn and tomato–basil relish; Cornmeal Fried Soft Shell Crab with julienne cucumber, upland cress, and lemon brown butter; Sweet Jesus Oysters on the Half Shell; Traditional New Orleans Oysters Rockefeller; and Crispy Coconut Shrimp with a spicy lemongrass–coconut milk sauce.
