Join us for an intimate evening celebrating the stories behind the food and wine with Chef Cindy Wolf and Sommelier Miguel Calderon. Limited to just 10 guests, this curated wine dinner features a five-course menu inspired by Chef Wolf’s travels through France, Italy, and Spain, with each dish reflecting the memorable meals, remarkable people, and unforgettable moments that have shaped her culinary journey. Thoughtfully paired wines, selected and presented by Miguel, will accompany each course as he shares his passion for wine, pairing philosophy, and the experiences that led him from the kitchen to becoming one of Charleston’s most beloved sommeliers.
