Charleston’s cuisine is designed and executed by Chef Cindy Wolf, a nine-time James Beard Foundation Award finalist for Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic. Her cooking is rooted in French fundamentals and the Low Country traditions of South Carolina, engaging both regional and international influences.

In 2025, Charleston was honored with the James Beard Foundation Award for Outstanding Wine and Other Beverages Program, a national recognition of the restaurant’s thoughtful, dynamic wine program. Wine pairings are thoughtfully curated and available for each course to complement Chef Wolf’s seasonal menus.

Charleston offers an extensive prix fixe tasting menu from which guests choose between three and up to six courses. Service is experienced, informed, and intuitive. The entire service team is focused on the complete guest experience and the cultivation of a long-term, client relationship.
