How does the menu work?
Chef Wolf offers a prix fixe menu of three to six courses, served in a thoughtful tasting progression. Desserts are always complimentary, presented after your chosen courses. Her ever-changing menu highlights the purest expression of the finest seasonal ingredients, with a focus on natural preparation, clarity of flavor, and elegant presentation.

Led by Wine Director Lindsay Willey, Charleston’s 1,100+ label wine list earned the 2025 James Beard Award for Outstanding Wine and Other Beverages Program. Designed to complement Chef Wolf’s cuisine, the program brings together rare and contemplative bottles alongside approachable, seasonal selections, creating one of the most dynamic and respected wine cellars in the country.

When making a reservation on Resy there are options for Dining Room, Lounge, and Bartop; what are the differences?
Lounge refers to the 4 tables located in the large bay windows in the same room as our bar. Bartop refers to the 10 bar stool seats at our working bar. Dining Room refers to everything else; Palm Room, Wine Library, and Main Dining Rooms (Piazza and Kitchen View).

Where are you located?
Charleston is located at 1000 Lancaster Street, at the corner of S. Exeter Street. The valet stand along with our front entrance are located on S. Exeter Street. Note: we share our address with the entire block of Lancaster St. and many GPS systems will direct folks to the corner of Lancaster and S. Central. 

Where should I park / Do you offer valet?
Charleston offers complimentary valet parking. The valet stand is located on S. Exeter Street, at the corner of Lancaster Street. 

Is there a dress code?
We do not have a specific dress code, though many of our guests take the opportunity to dress up. Formal wear or business attire is standard, but not required. 

Does Charleston have outdoor dining?
Charleston does not currently offer outdoor dining.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and/or allergies?
We will do our best to accommodate guests with food allergies or dietary needs. Please provide information when making a reservation via RESY or contact the restaurant directly at 410.332.7373

What if I’m running late?
Please do your best to arrive promptly at your reservation time. If you are running late give us a call so we can ensure we will still be able to accomodate you.
